The
7th Annual BALLE Conference is now less than a month away. With this year's conference being held right here in Denver, we're very excited about the opportunity this presents to our local business community. The BALLE conference brings together entrepreneurs and national leaders to learn about how we can work together to build local economies that are more stable and more sustainable.
This year's theme is Rising to the Challenge: Entrepreneurs Building Living Economies. If you are a local business owner or community leader, we invite you to join us.
Here are the top 5 reasons why:
- The economic challenges we're facing can be overcome, but not in an economy comprised of disconnected individuals. Solutions must be found and implemented through us all working together. This conference is a great way to connect with other local business leaders in our community.
- Our problems have created enormous opportunity. Even in a recession, we still have needs - and businesses are brilliant at providing the goods and services people need. Whether you're already in business or looking for what's next, this is the place to learn from entrepreneurs seeking out the opportunities available.
- We are more effective when we create solid connections and share solutions. MHBA is just one of over 65 local business networks in the US and Canada. You can learn from other networks what businesses are doing to build their success together.
- Learn how business owners are successfully implementing practices that can make your businesses more sustainable. This translates to long-term success and survival.
- Join in on efforts to inform and change local and federal policies that impact your business every day.
The BALLE Conference will be held on May 21-23 at the Auraria Campus in Denver.
