the biggest challenges you'll face is how to effectively reach your

We're
excited to launch our next series of workshops to help you understand important aspects of marketing your
business and to develop effective and simple strategies for building your
business revenue.
Our marketing workshop series will focus on three topics:
Building Your BrandBranding:
what is it, why does it matter, and how do you develop your company's
brand? In this workshop you'll examine your current branding and what
it's telling others about your business. Learn how to communicate your
message more effectively and elimate confusion about your business
offerings.
Creating a Wow! Customer ExperienceHow
do you ensure your customers keep coming back for more? It doesn't take
a huge budget or special training to provide the customer experience
that builds your reputation and a solid base of loyal customers. Learn
more about how to see your business through your customer's eyes, and
how to provide the little touches that make your business experience
unique and great.
Big Mouth MarketingReferral
marketing is 3,500 times more effective than print advertising alone.
When your customers refer your business to their friends and family,
you're so much more likely to earn their business, too. This workshop
will help you leverage this most effective form of marketing.
Workshop Format
Each
workshop is 2 hours in length, and will use peer feedback,
participatory conversations, and guest experts to provide the most
value for your time and money. You will leave each workshop with real
ideas for your business that you can implement immediately. Each topic
will be addressed twice throughout the the 6-session series.
You can participate in two ways:
- Individual
workshops
are $35 for MHBA members, and $135 for non-members. (workshop fee is
for one person; discounts are available for multiple registrants from
one company) Register for a single workshop below.
- Season Pass
for $100, which allows you to attend any (or all) Spring '09
workshop sessions. Attend however many you wish, but take advantage of
the different times and conversations to benefit your business.
